Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Comfort Home Care Services Uganda website and the home healthcare services we provide. By booking or using our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Services Provided
Comfort Home Care Services Uganda provides professional home-based healthcare including but not limited to: elderly care, personal daily assistance, vital signs monitoring, physiotherapy and rehabilitation, mother and newborn care, medical check-ups, medical escort, and international medical travel coordination.
2. Booking & Confirmations
Service requests submitted through our website are subject to confirmation within 24 hours by our team. A booking is only confirmed once you receive an explicit confirmation by phone or WhatsApp. We reserve the right to decline a booking if the requested service cannot be safely delivered.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before a scheduled visit. Late cancellations (less than 12 hours notice) may incur a cancellation fee. To cancel or reschedule, contact us at +256 788 445 146 or info@comfortcareug.com.
4. Patient Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate and complete medical and personal information at the time of booking. You are responsible for ensuring a safe working environment for our caregivers during home visits. Any known hazards or special requirements must be communicated in advance.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon confirmation via MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, or other accepted methods. Prices are quoted in Uganda Shillings (UGX) and are subject to change with prior notice. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider.
6. Limitation of Liability
Comfort Home Care Services Uganda provides services in good faith and in accordance with professional healthcare standards. We are not liable for outcomes resulting from information withheld by the client or circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be resolved through the competent courts of Kampala, Uganda.
8. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
